• Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering a warm, supportive, and high‑quality learning environment.
• Ensure the effective daily management of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care, safeguarding, and early education.
• Develop and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote children’s learning, development, and well‑being in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring clear communication and a positive, inclusive nursery culture.
• Oversee planning, staff development, and continuous improvement to maintain excellence across the setting.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Level 5/6 desirable).
• Proven experience in a nursery leadership or senior practitioner role.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice in early years education.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people‑management skills.
• A passion for delivering high‑quality childcare and inspiring both children and staff.
• Ability to lead effectively, make sound decisions, and maintain a positive, nurturing environment.
