An opportunity to be part of a brand new service: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Bedale, supporting an individual in their own home. We are in the process of developing a transitionplan for an individual to move back to North Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity to be part of developing this new packageof support.

The role involves
:
Supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests, and helping people realise their dreams! We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)! As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of the leadership team, role modelling effective care and supporting both the team and the individuals themselves.

You will be supported by close working links with our existing service in Colburn, this will enable great supervision and additional support and role modelling of the great support you will deliver in this role.
