Production Operative; Food Production - Precision Handling

We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a well‑established food manufacturing business in North Yorkshire, known for producing high‑quality products.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and have strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Working on a production line preparing and assembling food products
• Carrying out detailed handling and packing tasks requiring precision
• Ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity (essential for detailed work)
• Ability to carry out repetitive, precise tasks at pace
• Previous experience in production, food manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Hours:

8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday

Shift Pattern: 4 shifts on (Mon‑Thu), Friday, Saturday & Sunday off
