Call Center Customer Service Representative (Cleveland, OH)

As a CSR at Smylie One, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate must be a self‑motivated professional with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Outbound calling to existing customers (No Cold Calling!)
- Assisting field technicians with items like part orders, scheduling projects, or payments
- Appointment confirmations
- Light administrative work during down time

Starting Range $15.00 - $17.00 with some overtime
Full Time position Monday‑Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
The position requires a well‑organized individual with the ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment. Applicant must be reliable, flexible and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
