• Pay:
  Starting rate is $17.00 per hour; could be eligible for more based on experience
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 6:45 am – 2:45 pm, with overtime as required

• Package Materials:
  You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely:
  Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety:
  Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts:
  Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience:
  
  Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required.
• Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of manufacturing and/or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval.
• Lift truck operation experience.
