Responsibilities- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment in residential and light commercial buildings.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, focusing on residential and light commercial systems.
- Certification or licensure in HVAC or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
