Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper NS
Join our team as a Full-Time Bookkeeper at our Bedford, NS location. This role requires expertise in payroll, financial records, and tax preparation, with no remote option available.

The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare payroll cheques. Responsibilities also include preparing tax returns, trial balances, and various financial reports. A strong background in accounting software and MS Excel is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

• Keep and balance financial records manually and digitally

• Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements

• Manage billing and order office supplies

• Prepare tax returns and trial balances

Requirements:

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Accurate; able to work independently

• Basic security clearance and criminal record check

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
