With full training provided, you will drive safe work practices and promote a culture of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor staff on safety programs and procedures

• Conduct site inspections regularly

• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions

• Foster a proactive safety culture through dialogue

• Contribute to audits and maintenance of safety certifications

Requirements:

• Background in construction preferred

• Excellent communication abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate professionalism

• Competence in Microsoft Office and safety management tools

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and willingness to travel
