High School Coach/Tutor/Teacher – Part-time

Oxford Learning is seeking motivated part-time tutors to join our team. This in-person role supports students in Grades 9–12. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.

• Teach up to 3 students at a time using proven teaching methodologies
• Provide personalized instruction in math and science subjects, including advanced functions, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, physics, chemistry, and biology
• Fill out post-lesson notes and communicate student progress
• Maintain a friendly, encouraging, and professional demeanor at all times

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Strong math and science knowledge aligned with the current high school curriculum
• Prior experience coaching or tutoring math and/or science at the secondary level
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work with students at different levels

Part-time hours with evenings: typically 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, starting at $19–$20 per hour.
