• Design SAP CRM solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge to ensure seamless integration with the existing system landscape.
• Implement SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide expert consulting services to business stakeholders, leveraging business process and industry knowledge to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with the existing system landscape.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM solutions with the existing system landscape.

Bachelor’s Degree

• SAP CRM solution design: experience designing solutions to meet business requirements.
• SAP CRM project implementation: experience implementing projects, change requests, and issue resolution.
• Business process knowledge: experience leveraging business process and industry knowledge to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• SAP CRM integration: experience integrating solutions with existing system landscape.
• SAP CRM consulting: experience providing expert consulting services to stakeholders.

• SAP industry knowledge: exposure to utilizing industry knowledge for high‑quality solutions.
• SAP CRM best practices: exposure to implementing best practices for successful delivery.
• Business process improvement: exposure to identifying areas for improvement and optimizing solutions.
