Job Overview

Join RBC as a Senior Manager in the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Onboarding Team. Lead technical integration and strategy for IAM onboarding with SailPoint and Service Now platforms.

As a seasoned Senior Manager, you will oversee end-to-end IAM onboarding operations, ensuring alignment with RBCs strategic goals. Collaborating with technical teams and business partners, you will enhance IAM solutions through effective communication and strong stakeholder relationships. Your technical leadership will drive innovation and delivery of key IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding of applications to IAM services (SailPoint, Service Now)
Collaborate on data remediation and role creation tasks
Communicate requirements and onboarding procedures to teams
Foster robust stakeholder relationships promoting IAM best practices
Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

3-5 years in IAM within a large organization
Proficient in IAM services (SailPoint, Service Now)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Understanding of IT security concepts
Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving ability
