Key Responsibilities:
• Support end users with daily IT troubleshooting tasks

Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant user support experience
• Technical support experience in a helpdesk setting
• Familiar with networking concepts and VPN services
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
