In this role, the IT Support Expert will be essential in delivering technical support for both client applications and internal workstations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware issues, managing inventory, and providing user training. You will communicate effectively with users, ensuring they have the support they need while contributing to ongoing project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues
• Monitor and respond to support requests and tickets
• Train users on systems and applications effectively
• Manage equipment registration and software inventory
• Communicate technical issues to developers for resolution
Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant IT support experience
• Knowledge of networking and VPN principles
• Strong skills in MacOS and Windows operating systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
