Key Responsibilities- Support end users with workstation and equipment issues
- Act as liaison between users and IT administrators
- Monitor support tickets and Slack support channels
- Provide training on software and hardware usage
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventory
- Minimum three years’ experience in technical support
- Knowledge of networking principles and VPN
- Proficient with MacOS and Windows
- Robust communication and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
