Maintenance Supervisor at Agropur

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team with a focus on skill development

• Ensure compliance with collective agreements and safety standards

• Handle spare parts inventory management and budget control

Requirements:

• Technical degree or diploma relevant to maintenance

• At least 5–7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques

• Experience with maintenance planning using CMMS tools
