Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance activities and manage work orders via CMMS

• Develop team skills and focus on employee engagement

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational performance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, or Automation

• 5–7 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience

• Proficiency in root cause analysis and troubleshooting

• Familiar with preventive maintenance practices

• Experience in maintenance planning and work order management
