Responsibilities & Requirements

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll work with wood products, use hand and power tools, and help keep production running smoothly. You’ll repair and finish wood materials, operate equipment, and handle wrapping, stacking, and shipment preparation.

You must be able to reliably commute to Bedford, NS, work rotating shifts, and communicate in English. We’re looking for dependable individuals who show up on time, maintain consistent attendance, bring a positive attitude, and perform well in a busy environment. A solid work ethic and willingness to learn are essential – manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
