Position: West Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

In this position, you will serve as the Most Responsible Health Care Provider, utilizing your advanced clinical skills to assess and treat patients. You’ll lead interdisciplinary teams while focusing on developing evidence-based care plans that prioritize patient safety and successful transitions from acute care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as Most Responsible Health Care Provider for adult patients

• Assess, prescribe, and treat patients independently

• Lead teams and supervise clinical practices directly

• Collaborate with nurses and allied health professionals

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
Requirements:

• Holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing and NP Certification

• Eligible for NS College of Nursing registration

• 2–3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

• Comfortable with providing hands-on care

• Availability during standard weekday hours only
