We are looking for a Developer obsessed with efficiency and automation to be part of an autonomous team delivering services for application teams across Capital Markets. An open-minded individual who is not afraid to fail fast and pivot when needed, who seeks out gaps and challenges to drive efficiency for other application teams and for their own. Knowledge sharing is key.

If you're excited by the idea of using tools like Claude Code - including multi-agent workflows, custom skills, and MCP integrations - to reinvent how Dev Ops services get built and delivered, this is the team for you.

• Develop value-add Dev Ops services and CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Type Script, Python and Java that integrate with our existing Dev Ops stack
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate the design, build, and maintenance of Dev Ops tooling and platform services
• Design and embed agentic AI within CI/CD pipelines - including multi-agent orchestration, custom skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations - to automate tasks such as code review, testing, remediation, and release decisioning
• Prototype and evaluate emerging agentic AI tools and patterns, and recommend adoption strategies to further accelerate the platform
• Coach application teams on how to leverage Dev Ops offerings and adopt agentic AI practices within their own delivery workflows
• Champion developer experience and best practices in conjunction with Dev Ops to ensure no developer is left behind
• Participate in new tool adoption and POC processes, and provide recommendations
• Evolve Dev Ops services beyond current state for application teams

• An engineer mindset, SDLC experience with production-class delivery, strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and sense of ownership / drive
• 2+ years of development experience in at least one of the following languages:
  Java, Python, JavaScript/Type Script, C#, C/C++
• Experience with Git Hub Actions for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor), prompt engineering and advanced usage patterns such as multi-agent workflows, custom skills/subagents, and MCP server integrations
• Experience with application and system design patterns
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with Agile methodologies, i.e. Scrum

• Experience with Git Ops deployment paradigms (e.g., Flux) - highly preferred
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact/package management tools
• Experience embedding AI/LLM-based automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., automated code review, test generation, self-healing pipelines)
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or concepts such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, RAG pipelines.
• Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana
• Experience using additional Dev Ops CI/CD tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins, Urban Code Deploy
• Experience with a public cloud technology, i.e. Azure, AWS, GCP
• Experience building or supporting distributed applications
