Senior Product Lifecycle Management Analyst

Bowhead seeks a Senior Product Lifecycle Management Analyst for a part‑time, on‑site position (approximately 80 hours per month) in the second phase of a new contract. The candidate will assist with ongoing PLM operations, configuration, optimization, quality‑management platform, and user support using Windchill.

• Windchill administration and configuration
• CAD data and PLM structure management
• Engineering change management processes
• Lifecycle and workflow development
• BOM management and version control support
• Access control and policy configuration
• System troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Guidance for upgrades, integrations, and roadmap planning

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred
• Expert level knowledge of Windchill and working knowledge of QMS or regulated environments
• Experience at NSWC Crane highly preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and good judgment to work independently or as part of a team

• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Twist, bend and squat periodically

Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
