Qualifications
Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must hold and maintain a current, valid state OT license or registration. Current CPR certification is preferred.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. 0-1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
