Provide compassionate, detail-oriented care to enrich residents' lives. Duties include administering medication, conducting assessments, and engaging in meaningful interactions to embody person-centered care.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
• Administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs
• Assess residents' health, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team
• Assist with daily tasks, promoting independence and support
• Contribute to individualized care plans based on residents' needs

• Valid Indiana LPN license
• Ability to assess and document resident conditions accurately
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care
• Excellent communication skills
