RN - Occupational Health (PRN - 2nd Shift) - 248722

Schedule:

2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) on an as‑needed basis Monday‑Friday. Most coverage scheduled in advance.

Pay Rate: $41.00/hr – $44.00/hr

• Provide professional nursing care for sick and injured employees.
• Perform and evaluate clinical and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Assist the plant physician with minor surgical procedures.
• Conduct and document employee medical history interviews.
• Collaborate with the Health Services team and other departments to support workplace health initiatives.
• Maintain and update medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform and document physical examinations.
• Adhere to established health and safety protocols.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Support and promote workplace wellness programs.
• Deliver professional and knowledgeable customer service to employees.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or equivalent hands‑on course).
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Nursing experience in at least one of:
  Occupational Health, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Room (ER/ED), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
