• Minimum one year of nursing experience as an RN or LPN
• Valid Indiana nursing license in good standing
• Current CPR certification (free re‑certification provided by Adaptive)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Pass state background‑screening requirements

All RN and LPN candidates are eligible for a $2,000 hiring bonus upon completion of 60 days of employment. Salary ranges vary by state and location. Please request specific details during the interview process.
