The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Ensure a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during high traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between locations required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

• Ability to travel, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 lbs with equipment, lift overhead, and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication and documentation skills required.
