Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I&N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. The candidate must be able to provide Validation & Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices.

• Provide V&V support services for effective management in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance.
• Provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare test plans and procedures.
• Prepare TEMPs.
• Prepare and review test analyses.
• Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation.
• Monitor test events.
• Support certification test activities, such as JITC.
• Support training required to execute test activities.
• Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade-off studies.
• Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events.
• Support FCAs/PCAs.

• SECRET Clearance required.
• Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers.
• Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editing program data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• MA/MS with 12 years of experience in the respective discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD or BA/BS with 15 Yrs exp and 5 in DoD.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000. Salary information below is a general guide only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations.
