Avint, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Schedule Engineer - Journeyman to join our team in support of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) program.
** This position is 100% on-site at Hanscom AFB, MA**
- Must be US Citizen
- Active Secret clearance
- Knowledge of configuration management fundamentals and lifecycle sustainment principles
- Experience with DoD configuration management processes and standards
- Familiarity with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) data rights clauses
- Experience with deficiency reporting systems and Material Improvement Projects (MIPs)
- Ability to conduct configuration audits (FCA/PCA) and compliance reviews
- Experience with government and contractor interface activities
- Plan, build, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the program management office (PMO).
- Provide technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams).
- Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.
- Support requirements development and plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve success.
- Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, project team, and management.
- Take corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result.
- Perform other duties as required.
