Acquisition Strategy and Documentation Principal

Avint, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Acquisition Strategy and Documentation Principal to join our team in support of the Base Information Transport Infrastructure (BITI) programs within the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

• ACTIVE Secret Clearance

• Advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge, including standards, procedures, and practices
• Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions
• Assist with strategic-level issues and work independently under tight deadlines with changing priorities
• Proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills
• Experience with an ACAT I level program, including development of new programs within the Acquisition community
• Experience in developing RFP documentation and supporting Acquisition Strategy reviews
• Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior-level reviews
• Oversee junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline
• Support Source Selections

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring acquisition program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing schedule and cost baselines, recommend viable solutions, and pursue alternative courses of action
• Proactive communication with minimal supervision, both orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation
• Collaborate with diverse multi-MAJCOM stakeholders to determine needs and counsel within expertise area, including oversight and task execution with leadership, teamwork, and diplomacy
• Generate plans and schedules, facilitate exchanges and meetings with program office team, stakeholders, and industry to understand requirements and emerging technologies
• Formulate, recommend, and draft acquisition strategy and statutory/regulatory ACAT I documentation in a timely and effective manner
• Support all Acquisition Strategy reviews, develop supporting documentation, and assist Government in RFP development and review
• Support acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (e.g., DAES, MAR)
• Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews
• Develop briefings and program status schedules for senior management

• US citizen
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Master's degree and 15 years of experience, of which 10 years must be in the DoD
• BA/BS degree and 20 years of experience, of which 10 years must be in the DoD
