In Home Care- CNA​/HHA

Are you an experienced CNA/HHA or new to the field and looking for flexible hours?

Primary duties include:

• Being a mentor and overseeing the caregivers of Assisting Hands
• Being responsible and available for first shift orientations and for on-call coverage in the event of a call out or emergency
• Fostering communication channels between our caregivers and the Assisting Hands office team to improve caregiver satisfaction
• Providing custodial, companionship, and personal care to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services in compliance with the Plan of Care
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the client's residence, including light cleaning and straightening of the bathroom, sleeping and living areas, washing the client's dishes or laundry, and other tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the client
• Reporting changes in clients' condition

Qualifications:

• Certified CNA/HHA
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license
• Flexibility with schedule in case of a call out/emergency situations
• Fully vaccinated
