Locations: Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, Weston, Hanscom AFB

Competitive Pay: Up to $20.00/hr, salary range $20–$23/hr depending on shift and assignment.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Certified CPR.
• Preferred: 1 year of documented caregiver/home care assistance experience.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high‑quality care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Physical capacity to push/pull, bend, lift, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
