Phlebotomist

Emerging Tech is seeking experienced Phlebotomists to support the VA Maine Healthcare System This is an excellent opportunity to serve veterans while working in a professional and supportive healthcare environment.

• Perform venipunctures, capillary punctures, and specimen collection in accordance with VA standards.
• Properly label and handle samples for laboratory analysis.r
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow strict infection control protocols.
• Provide compassionate and professional care to veterans.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and laboratory staff to ensure quality patient care.

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred.
• Minimum 3 yearsof phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong venipuncture skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient interaction.
• Must be able to pass a background check and VA credentialing process.
