Program: Intensive Community Wrap-Around Services
Location: This is a mobile position that requires a valid license and reliable vehicle for commuting to people served within the North Eastern Massachusetts territory.
The Edinburg Center is seeking a Clinician to join its exciting new team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS), and Employment Specialists. This is an interdisciplinary team with all of the above members, as well as consult from OT, Nursing, and Psychiatry.
What You Will Do:
- Engage young adults in the intake process, completing all required assessments and treatments based on needs and desires.
- Meet the unique needs of individuals through assessment, safety planning, coaching, psychoeducation, skill building, and connections to supports.
- Provide guidance to support staff regarding the implementation of clinical goals.
- Conduct ongoing safety assessments, planning, and care coordination.
What You Will Bring:
- A passion for your field, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Education with a Clinical Concentration, or a related field; on the path to licensure. Licensure preferred.
- Experience working with youth and/or young adults with ASD and serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances. Flexible schedule required.
- Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong documentation and clinical writing skills; ability to work quickly and intensively to meet individual needs through assessment.
- Bilingual/bicultural skills, experience with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models are preferred.
