Senior Human Resources Administrative Support
Join Applied Research Solutions as a Senior Human Resources Administrative Support Specialist. This role is located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA and is onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities- Training Management: utilize and manage training systems (ETMS, My Learning), monitor and track TFAT, CLPs, and develop and deliver training programs and materials.
- Military Personnel: manage MilPDS, MyEval, MyDecs, AMS, PRDA; support CFETPs, award nominations, back‑fill actions, Officer & Enlisted Performance Briefs, USAF VML cycles, AF Form 2096, CAPNOM, PCA/PCS monitoring.
- Front Office Administration: assist FOG with database development, process improvement recommendations, oral and written communication, research, and support HR activities.
- On site – 5 days a week.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 10 years experience as a Unit Training Manager / Military Admin with at least 3 years in a DoD environment.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience briefing senior civilian and military leaders.
- Administrative expertise in training management systems, curriculum development, military career field management, and personnel records.
- Independent, problem‑solving, and process‑oriented with strong program/ project skills.
Salary: $95,000 to $107,000 annually, based on role, responsibilities, experience, and qualifications.
All positions are subject to background investigations. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
