Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies.
AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
This is a full-timerole at Hanscom AFB, MA.
ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:
- Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO.
- Develop and provide IMS technical products, such as GANTT charts and network diagrams.
- Ensure integrated schedule management technical support for system acquisition processes, collaborating to incorporate key schedule requirements for mission success.
- Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess the feasibility of achieving desired outcomes.
- Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to the customer, project team, and management.
- Identify and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
Citizenship:
Must be a US citizen
Clearance:
Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance
Minimum Required Qualifications
Years of Experience:10+ years of experience, 5 of which must be in DoD
Preferred Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
- Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project
