Position SummaryUnder the supervision of the Software Director, responsible for all aspects of software development concerning one or more product lines.
Responsibilities- Manage reporting development group functionally.
- Maintain software development job descriptions.
- Manage hiring process for software development staff.
- Manage performance reviews.
- Manage an external partner software contracting firm.
- Provide team training, mentoring, and career development. Conduct monthly one‑on‑one meetings with direct reports and technical leads.
