Full Compensation Package – Starting at $60,000 – $75,000/year, plus full benefits and bonus package! Contingency compensation based on managerial & QSR experience, and skill set for a General Manager position.

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve them. To meet these goals, the General Manager leads a team of Department Managers who have specific responsibilities in the restaurant, helping them set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction for improvement.

The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.

Ideal candidates should have prior General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
