Senior Engineering Supervisor

The Bedford site is seeking an experienced leader to guide a high‑performing team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized practices across all Echucks processes. As the lead engineer and technical authority for part of the Echucks product line, you will manage a team of engineers and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Serve as Lead Engineer for the Echucks product line, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support production goals and optimize production efficiency while upholding high product standards.
• Monitor KPIs for the process your team owns and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Coach, mentor, and set priorities for team members and manage day‑to‑day activities.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce process variability using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and identify critical process variables.
• Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee employee development plans and foster a culture of safety, compliance, and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering with at least 10+ years of prior experience in a high‑volume fast‑paced manufacturing environment preferred, or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, at all plant organizational levels.
• Understanding of organizational goals and ability to manage priorities with minimum guidance from management.
• Strong attention to detail, active listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Lean and Six Sigma Black or Green belt preferred.

• Previous experience managing or mentoring co‑ops or interns.
• Highly motivated candidates who are always curious to find complete resolution.
