We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of Lexington Medical products. This full‑time temporary position may convert to a permanent role.

Hours:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Pick, stage, and deliver parts for production orders.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Maintain first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) inventory management for raw materials and finished goods.
• Receive incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition; record transactions in the MRP system.
• Document and report any damaged materials or quantity discrepancies.
• Deliver received parts to proper storage locations.
• Pull devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
• Prepare shipping documentation (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, freight).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in other departments as necessary.

• Ability to manipulate small parts.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years of warehouse experience preferred; regulated industry experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math, computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• ERP and/or MRP system experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience operating material handling equipment a plus.

Hourly Rate: $21 USD – $21 USD
