Licensed Practical Nurse

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for full-time and part-time positions in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities.

Available shifts:

• 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily nursing care of assigned residents.
• Provide direct and indirect care based on each resident's nursing and medical care plan.
• Ensure all care complies with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards.
• Provide administrative supervision and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants and other licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and any applicable shift or weekend differentials.
