• As a Cashier: greet guests energetically and with a sincere greeting, ensure guests know they matter, listen to orders, suggest items, repeat back orders, and be knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system; handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision after thorough training.
• As a Cook: prepare and present food according to company specifications; learn to use equipment, resources, and tools to prepare the best product for guests.
• As a Shift Leader: take the first step into a leadership role; assist the General Manager in restaurant operation, including scheduling team members, assisting with inventory control, cash handling, and training.
• Learn the basics of the menu, food safety, and sanitation; learn additional skills and grow your career; become a server, cashier, cook, and delivery driver or work toward becoming a Shift Leader.
