Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Shift Leaders ensure the quality of food and beverages, protect a safe and clean environment, and help grow their own careers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as per company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Hourly Rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour.

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such a position.

Physical demands: sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accommodated with reasonable adjustments.
