The Home Services division focuses on installed home improvement products such as siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, and HVAC systems.
As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store, engaging with members and customers to offer no-cost, no-obligation estimates for home improvement projects. Opportunities to attend trade shows for lead generation may also arise.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Self-motivated with goal focus and discipline
- Positive attitude
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to work varied schedules and stand for extended periods
Compensation is $10.50/hour base plus bonus, with average earnings of $14-$16/hour.
