Responsibilities- The candidate must be able to perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work that has as its principal purpose the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.
- The candidate must recommend and implement policies and procedures for analyzing and evaluating the character, background, and history of employees, candidates for employment, and other personas having or proposed to be granted access to classified or other sensitive information, materials, or work sites.
- The candidates shall provide security support to their assigned controlled facilities to include but not limited to:
- Exercising delegated access control to secure areas
- Assisting in opening and closing controlled areas
- Assisting in arming and disarming facility alarm systems as required
- Assisting in accomplishing end of day security checks
- In support of those programs with stringent security requirements, personnel shall be knowledgeable of DD security procedures, to include classified transmission, protection of incoming mail, courier requirements, security incident reporting, and security violation sanctions
- SECRET Clearance required.
- 5 days work onsite.
- Possesses the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their assigned tasks.
- Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers.
- Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editing program data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Recommended Education/Experience Requirements: BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 3 years must be in the DoD.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
