Position SummaryThis role at the center of airport operations, delivering safety, efficiency, and exceptional service to high‑profile clients. Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Valid driver’s license and strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
- Courteous, respectful attitude and reliable work ethic.
- Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
- Direct line and ramp experience preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, rain or shine.
- Ability to handle demands of an active, on‑the‑move role.
- Strong eye for quality and natural focus on customer service.
- Calm, collected under pressure.
- Prides in doing things right and enjoys working outdoors.
- Assist crew members and welcome high‑profile clients, ensuring every flight is supported with care and precision.
- Safely handle aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Support a strong safety‑first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
- Handle ramp operations following top‑tier safety and quality standards.
- Provide porter services—delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.
- Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting.
- Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision.
- Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties.
- Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe.
- 24 hours, 7 days weekly operation.
- Initial assignment on the 2nd shift (afternoon 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) with potential changes over time.
- 6‑month training period on a day shift.
Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $27, equivalent to $39,000–$56,000 annually, plus a performance‑based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

Requirements include standing, walking, or sitting frequently; occasionally climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds above head. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus. Work environment includes heavy maintenance and upscale customer areas, moderate to loud noise levels, vibration exposure, fuel fumes, and all-weather conditions.
