We are hiring an analytical and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our finance team in Westford, MA. This role will focus on analyzing and controlling manufacturing and operational costs, supporting inventory management, and providing insights to drive financial performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, variances, and margins
• Maintain standard cost systems and update cost models regularly
• Perform month-end close activities related to cost accounting
• Support inventory valuation and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams for cost analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
