In this leadership role, you will manage shifts, supervise instructors, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for students. Responsibilities Include conducting meetings, maintaining pool cleanliness, and interacting with parents. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to work with children and pass required background check.

Certifications in lifeguarding and first aid can be obtained during training.
