Bedford Commons OB‑GYN is a well‑established private practice with 22 providers (16 physicians and 6 nurse practitioners) serving women and families throughout Southern New Hampshire. Since 1982, we’ve built a reputation for combining advanced, evidence‑based care with a highly personalized approach.

We deliver approximately 1,500 babies each year at Elliot Hospital
, home to a Level III Newborn Intensive Care Unit
, and are proud to be one of the largest OB‑GYN practices in the region.

We’re seeking a compassionate and collaborative OB‑GYN physician to join our hospitalist team providing overnight Labor & Delivery coverage
. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values teamwork, patient relationships, and a balanced lifestyle.

• Two to three consecutive overnight shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Flexible monthly scheduling based on your availability
• Optional outpatient clinic hours weekly to meet with obstetric and postpartum patients

• Provide high‑quality, overnight coverage on Labor & Delivery (7 PM–7 AM)
• Manage the care and treatment of hospitalized obstetric patients
• Provide coverage for the emergency department when the practice is on call
• Build trusting, long‑term relationships with Bedford Commons patients and families

• MD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New Hampshire medical license (or eligibility to obtain within three months)
• Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
