As a lead teacher, you will be working hands‑on, teaching “Mommy and Me” classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade‑school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher, you’ll begin learning administration, sales, training and other business functions.

• Teach “Mommy and Me” classes for babies/toddlers and their parents.
• Teach physical education classes for preschool and grade‑school children.
• Assist with administration, scheduling and sales support.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Attend weekly staff meetings every Monday afternoon, 1:00‑4:00 p.m., and be available for weekend hours.

• Education or background in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, etc. is considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekend hours and Monday afternoons.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
