Associa is currently looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our team in Bedford, NH. How You’ll Make an ImpactThe Financial Coordinator will act as an accounting support specialist, working closely with community managers and auditors to address financial inquiries, prepare reports, and analyze data in various formats. The position also provides important financial services to community associations throughout North America.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Community Managers to assist with answering financial questions.
- Collaborate with outside auditors to respond to inquiries and provide necessary reports.
- Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data in various forms and formats.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- General knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger activity.
- Experience with audit reports.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures (US GAAP).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
- Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Confidentiality and discretion in performing all duties.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of directly related or closely related experience (accounting team).
