- Hands‑on initial and ongoing client‑specific training

- Work one‑on‑one with children at our center, implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Apply ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting) to teach adaptive behaviors in language, socialization, play, self‑help, and motor skills
- Address behavior reduction goals using ABA principles
- With training, implement skill development programs and provide appropriate physical guidance to ensure client safety
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Convert sessions in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Track and record RBT hours each month and submit within the required timeframe
- Attend required trainings to maintain and acquire technical knowledge
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience required; we provide training
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must frequently assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) to attend to active children
- Must be willing and able to use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan when working with challenging behavior
- No prior criminal history
- Ability to utilize technology
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows)
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
