• Work one‑on‑one with children at our center, implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Apply ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting) to teach adaptive behaviors in language, socialization, play, self‑help, and motor skills
• Address behavior reduction goals using ABA principles
• With training, implement skill development programs and provide appropriate physical guidance to ensure client safety
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Convert sessions in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
• Track and record RBT hours each month and submit within the required timeframe
• Attend required trainings to maintain and acquire technical knowledge
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Perform other related duties as needed

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required; we provide training

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must frequently assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) to attend to active children
• Must be willing and able to use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan when working with challenging behavior

• No prior criminal history
• Ability to utilize technology
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows)
• Ability to operate basic office equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
